Refund Policy
All items are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
To request a refund or exchange, please contact Cycle Journey via the Contact Us link on the website or send an email to info@cyclejourney.com. In your message, please include:
- Your name and order number.
- The reason for your request.
- Whether you want a refund or an exchange.
- If an exchange, please indicate what item you want instead (size, color, etc.).
- If the product is a t-shirt, attach to your email a picture of the full t-shirt including the collar tag and graphics.
Refunds and exchanges are allowed for any reason, but the original product must be returned to Cycle Journey.
Exchanges can be made for the same product only (i.e. for a different size or color of the same product). An exchange also depends on us having the desired replacement color or size in stock.
For both refunds and exchanges, we will issue you a mailing label to return your product. Please send the product back to us in the original packaging.
We will issue a refund or ship your replacement product upon receipt at the post office (or other delivery service) of the product you are returning. Refunds may take several business days to post to your account.
